Linear Fluorescent Outdoor Luminaires

Magnaray’s dual lighthead linear fluorescent outdoor luminaires can provide twice the light at half the wattage of comparable sources. The W1PL502SL Series luminaires deliver energy savings and long-lasting, low-maintenance functional outdoor light with low or no glare. They are well suited for a broad range of new or retrofit commercial, institutional, light industrial, military and governmental environments.

The dual lighthead luminaire models in rectangular trapezoidal shapes are mounted to round or square metal or wood poles. Units measure 5-in. wide by 17-in. long and 5-in. high. Light output is high-color rendition white, low or no glare, 90 percent maintained instant-on lumens with up to a 50,000-hour operating life in sub-zero climates to -25 deg F.

The luminaires are available with dimmable, controllable, wireless “smart” photo-cell options and come with standard T5 50-W PL lamping or optional “Polar” cold-climate PL 55- or PL 80-W lamping that replace 150-, 175- or 250-W metal halide, high- or low-pressure sodium lamps. The luminaire housings are constructed from clear anodized aluminum for lasting durability and corrosion resistance. Doorframe surrounds a highly impact-resistance clear acrylic or tempered glass lens, and a high-reflectance internal aluminum reflector. Optional low-environmental-impact, powder-coated finishes are standard in black, dark bronze, forest green or white.
