LED Pendant Luminaire

Beta-Calco introduces the Xacara. This cable-suspended pendant luminaire’s design combines contemporary elegance and technological functionality. Xacara combines the higher efficacy, lifetime and reliability benefits of LEDs with the light output levels of conventional lighting sources. The design provides efficient thermal management of high-power LEDs. Xacara’s die cast aluminum alloy body uses its extended surfaces to increase the area in contact with the environment’s natural cooling fluid—air. The flared fin, heat sink arrangement further enhances thermal cooling. The design allows LEDs to maintain a lower operating temperature, thus ensuring that stated lumens per watt and 50,000-plus hours life are achieved even with an ambient temperature of 30 deg C/86 deg-plus. Available in 3,000K, 4,000K and 5,700K with a CRI of 82. Reflectors provide a 45 deg visual and reflected cut off.
