Progress Report Seal Terms and Conditions of Use

The Progress Report Seal is intended to highlight a specific product's acceptance by the IES Progress Committee and can be used in promotional efforts for that product. The Seal may only be associated with products that have been accepted into the Progress Report for the year designated on the Seal. It may not be applied to marketing literature, catalog pages, Web pages or any other promotional and/or collateral material to reference or imply reference to any product not accepted in the Progress Report. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in loss of privilege to use the Progress Report Seal.
