A measure of the average color deviation produced by a test illuminant relative to a standardized reference illuminant within an ANSI/IES TM-30 hue angle bin, hj (j = 1 – 16).

Note: The values range from 0 to 100, with a value of 100 indicating no deviation and a value of 0 indicating maximum deviation. Typical values: 70 to 95.
