Webinar: Bold, Brash, or Benign? Color in Design

20 January 2022 | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST

IES Boston Section

Join us for a virtual panel discussion on Color February 10 from 12-1pm.

Description:
A three-person panel consisting of a lighting designer, graphic designer and interior designer discusses the aesthetics of color. How does the application of color evoke emotion, create mood, define form, or punctuate a rhythm of a space? Color can be perceived as material finish, a wavelength of light, tinted glass, or anything in-between; the prompt is intentionally broad so that each panelist is free to explore how color affects their unique discipline.

Each panelist is given 10-15 minutes to do a deep dive into their design process when it comes to working with, applying, and specifying with color.

After each panelist has presented, there will be time for the panelists to both query one another and answer audience questions.

Tickets:
