Join us as we start our 2021-2022 season with a district-wide webinar. This talk will give us a deep dive into circadian rhythm, affects of disrupted sleep, societal impacts, financial implications and how to utilize lighting strategies to mitigate circadian disruption in workplaces and healthcare environments. Additionally, this will be available for an IES CEU.
- Learn about the anatomy of the human eye and be able to discern the function differences between the various receptors, with an emphasis on the ipRGCs.
- Learn how sunlight affects human bodies’ circadian cycles.
