Registration Closes for Tabletops on 7/30/18
This year, exhibitors will have TWO opportunities to showcase their work at the Annual Conference on Friday, August 10 at both the 2-hour Luncheon and Reception.
$1,750 for each table until May 31, 2018
$2,000 for each table after June 1, 2018
$2,000 for each table until May 31, 2018
$2,250 for each table after June 1, 2018
Schedule: Friday, August 10, 2018
- Two Hour Luncheon 12:15 PM to 2:15 PM
- Reception 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
IES will provide one six-foot cloth covered table (6’ x 30”) upon which equipment and literature are displayed. Electrical power outlet 500 watts (5 amp) if needed. Company sign; conference attendee list and exhibitor badge credentials for two people.
Cancellation: An administrative fee of 50% of the contract fee will be charged for any cancellation occurring within 30 days of the conference start date of July 9, 2018.
Instructions: Will be sent upon receipt of this agreement from the IES office and will include confirmation of payment, set-up and break-down times, conference information and exhibitor shipping instructions. By registering you agree to follow IES Policy that strictly limits the amount of material brought to the Tabletop Exhibit to fit on a six-foot table. No stand-alone backdrops, no floor displays or oversized products will be permitted.
Note: Tabletop registration only allows entrance to the exhibit hall. If you wish to attend other conference events, please complete the individual conference registration form.
