August 29, 2016 – The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has published a Federal Register notice of final rule pertaining to test procedures for compact fluorescent lamps and medium base compact fluorescent lamps 81 FR 59385 (August 29, 2016).
- The effective date of this rule is September 28, 2016. Representations must be based on testing in accordance with the final rule starting February 27, 2017.
