This Technical Committee researches and develops best practices for lighting to enhance the security of people and property.

Committee Scope Parameters

  • Included subject matter: The scope includes visibility concerns in security applications, security lighting for controlled spaces, and the relationship between crime and lighting.
  • Excluded subject matter: This committee does not cover the illumination of related public areas outside the project limitations.
