The DALI Alliance, an international authority in lighting technology standardization, has released certification details for DALI+, its wireless specification, created in partnership with Thread Group, a company dedicated to IoT. DALI+ with Thread allows for lighting systems and devices on a wireless mesh network; with extended addressing; interoperability with existing DALI-2 and D4i certification programs; and device support for a wide range of control devices such as occupancy sensors, light sensors, switches, sliders, rotaries and pushbuttons.
