[9.4.9.2.4] The fractional lumen change of a fluorescent luminaire due to internal luminaire temperatures differing from the temperatures at which photometry was performed. This factor would take into consideration a variation in ambient temperature surrounding the luminaire, the means and conditions of mounting the luminaire, and the use of any insulation in conjunction with the application of the luminaire.
