The IES Street & Area Lighting Conference is the only conference of its kind dedicated to improving the outdoor lighting business of electric utilities and energy service companies. All of our attendees are vitally interested in learning about new products and services. Attendees include decision-makers from investor-owned regulated electric utilities, unregulated marketing affiliates, cooperatives and municipal utilities. If you want to market to the utility industry, this conference is for you!

Tabletop Exhibitor Registration is now open on a first come, first served basis.

Tuesday, October 2, 2018
11:30am – 1:30pm Lunch / Exhibits Open
4:30pm Exhibit Breakdown

Prior to registration you should confirm the following:

  • You have an IES account and password.
  • You have Chrome as your web browser. Chrome works best for registration.
  • Credit card for payment. We will not be accepting checks this year.
  • Add a credit card to your IES account for booth payment. Our system doesn’t allow for a booth hold while you are filling out the payment information. The booth priority is governed by payment not selection, thus if you are entering payment information and someone else has it already in the system and can just click pay they may beat your booth selection. Then you will need to go back to the selection page and start again. Clearly not an ideal feature but this is something we will change next year as there isn’t time now.

Once you have paid for your booth you will receive an email with a link to the Booth Prospectus. The Prospectus will have the registration form for the person who is registered under the booth cost. This will be done in hard copy so please fill it out and return it with the Prospectus.

Important Notice: All vendors MUST exit the space once lunch ends and it MUST be vacant during any time General Session is underway. This is a curtesy to our speakers and attendees as noise from the Trade Show room will flow into General Session. Penalties may apply to anyone in violation of the booth hours.

All sales are final. There will be no refunds for cancellations.
