[5.2.3] The relative increase in the apparent brightness of short-wavelength lights when the luminances are reduced in the same proportion without changing the respective spectral distributions. In passing from photopic to scotopic vision, the curve of spectral luminous efficiency changes, the wavelength of maximum efficiency being displaced toward the shorter wavelengths.
